Our agency was built with nannies in mind. It's our goal to ensure that nannies are finding their dream job that not only pays legally, but offers fair pay and benefits. After we interview you and verify your references we will work one on one to determine what job best suits your needs.

 

We submit your profile with your rate and expectations in mind, and once hired we help you and the family negotiate a working agreement.

What to expect after you submit your application:

• You will receive an automatic email welcoming you to our agency

​

• You may also receive a prescreen call from us if we need to verify any information from your application before proceeding

​

• After we have reviewed your application, if you meet our requirements, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your Zoom interview with us​

Requirements:

​

• A minimum of 4 full years of paid nanny experience (after the age of 18- anything prior to that does not qualify as professional experience)

​

• Must be over the age of 18 (and out of high school)

​

• Be willing to be paid on the books

​

• Have a clean background check

​

• A valid license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle

​

• Ability to legally work in the states
